• Cakap33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) and proof of current address.

• If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account will be returned to the rightful next of kin in accordance with established procedures.

Cakap33 supports a range of trusted and widely used payment methods in Malaysia to make your deposit and withdrawal transactions as convenient as possible. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the following limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX online banking.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on business days and may take up to 2 hours on weekends.

Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
